Renewal & data-update essentials

  • Annual renewal keeps status Issued – renew up to 60 days early; date slides forward a full year.
  • Mandatory updates: legal name, registered address or parent ownership changes must be filed “as soon as practical” (GLEIF policy).
  • Admin fee: £25 + VAT for standalone updates; free if combined with renewal.
